By developing a digital attendance system that utilizes Facial Recognition (FR) technology and bluetooth tracking. The system aims to provide users with the ability to register their presence by capturing and comparing their facial features with their personal data, including their National Identity Number (NIK) and full name. detailed description of system components and processes:

1. User Registration: – Users register in the system by providing their personal information, such as NIK and full name. – Each user’s facial features will be captured and stored securely in the system database. These features can be obtained through facial recognition algorithms that analyze and extract unique facial landmarks and attributes.

2. Face Recognition: – When a user wants to mark their presence, they will face the designated camera or facial recognition device. – The facial recognition component of the system will capture an image of the user’s face. – The captured image will be compared with previously stored facial features in the system database to identify the user.

3. Bluetooth Tracking: – In addition to facial recognition, the system can incorporate Bluetooth tracking for more accurate attendance tracking. – Bluetooth beacons can be strategically placed around where attendance needs to be tracked, such as entrances or designated areas. – Each user can have a unique Bluetooth enabled device, such as a smartphone or a special Bluetooth tag. – When the user’s Bluetooth device is within range of the beacon, the device will be detected, and the system will associate the user’s presence with that location and time.

4. Attendance Recording: – Once a user’s identity is confirmed either through facial recognition or Bluetooth tracking, their presence will be recorded in the system. – Attendance data typically includes the user’s NIK, full name, timestamp, and location.
