Vendor Management System (VMS) is a system that handles the maintenance of vendor data, starting from the vendor registration process, vendor data maintenance (including the goods/services they offer), and vendor performance tracking. Objectives of Vendor Management System (VMS) Application Maintenance: The objective of this project is to develop and maintain the Vendor Management System (VMS) application for integration with the Oracle application. Regular maintenance and development of these applications are necessary for software/application additions/improvements, interface and interactive module enhancements, performance and system characteristic updates, bug fixes, and integration requirements with the Oracle application.

The scope of work includes:

– Penetration Testing of PGN’s Vendor Management System The Vendor Management System (VMS) application must undergo penetration testing as a prerequisite for running the system in the Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk production server environment. The Vendor Management System (VMS) application has undergone various stages of penetration testing. Penetration testing is necessary as an initial step in integrating the Vendor Management System (VMS) application into the Oracle system on the Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk server. It will generate security vulnerability reports that comply with the established standards in the Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk production server environment.

– Integration of Vendor Management System (VMS) Application with Oracle Integration between the Vendor Management System (VMS) application and Oracle involves data bridging between the two systems. Therefore, any data changes that occur in the Vendor Management System (VMS) application will automatically reflect in the Oracle system. The objective of maintaining and integrating the Vendor Management System (VMS) application with Oracle is to ensure seamless data synchronization and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of vendor management processes within Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk.
