The Logistics Application System is a web-based application developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database to support the procurement process at PT Nusantara Regas. The Logistics Application System aims to maximize profit in each procurement process and ensure that the procurement process runs on the specified timeline.

The system consists of the following modules:

1. Vendor Management System (VMS): The increasing complexity of the business world demands companies to support their competitive advantage. This includes the Procurement department, which can contribute through the implementation of Vendor Management. By optimizing the value network with strategic vendors through Vendor Management, a strong partnership can be built to foster mutual growth.

2. CSMS Scoring: CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) is a Safety and Health Management System applied to contractors. It includes various occupational safety and health elements aligned with relevant standards (such as ISRS, ANSI, OHSAS, etc.). CSMS serves as an initial consideration by the main contractor to assess the performance of potential contractors.

3. E-Auction: E-Auction is conducted using licensed software from Commerce One, one of the leading e-procurement/auction service providers worldwide. By creating a web-based E-Auction service, it allows for extensive coverage and easy access.

4. Procurement Master: This menu contains data and information from the Procurement Master module. It serves as a reference for managing data in the Logistics Application Development Service. The master data acts as a foundational source that provides additional information about the data management process.

5. Assessment: Assessment involves assigning or determining values to specific objects based on certain criteria. In the Assessment module, the procurement process can be evaluated and assessed based on predefined criteria.

6. Reports: The Reports menu provides insights into completed procurement processes, generating reports based on specific parameters used.
