Consultancy Services and Maintenance of PGN’s In-Out Material System

PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (PGN) has implemented a system for recording gas network material transactions that is integrated with the ERP application’s Finance and Supply Chain Management (Inventory) modules. However, for the daily transaction recording, PGN currently uses a bridging application. One of the existing challenges is that the reporting process is not yet integrated with PGN’s financial system, Oracle GL. As a result, the data presented is managed through the inventory module. The In-Out Material Application of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (PGN) serves as a bridging application for recording incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse. This system is used to record daily transactions by workshop personnel, and the data is subsequently integrated with the inventory system, which is already integrated with the ERP Finance system at PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (PGN).

b. BUIN Users (Business Unit Infrastructure)

c. Head of GDMR (Gas Distribution Management Regional)

d. GDMR Users (Gas Distribution Management Regional)

e. Head of Warehouse

f. Warehouse Users

g. PGN Finance Division These users play different roles and have different levels of access within the In-Out Material Application of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara, Tbk (PGN).
